This summer we decided to do a complete kitchen remodel. I cannot say enough about the entire crew of TCI. From the first day in the showroom to the last day of completion, we had an incredible experience. I had a complete understanding of everything before the remodel started. Mike was always on top of it and kept his word. When he said something was going to be done, it was. And everyone that came on the job was efficient and repectful. The results were better than I thought possible. We love our kitchen and we can't say enough about TCI!

Our experience with TCI Construction during all phases of building our new home has been outstanding. All members of their team has been extremely pleasant to work with and very helpful. Mike Thompson demands and accepts nothing but perfection during all phases of the home construction. Mike's dedication to the project are evident in the quality and efficiency of the construction of the house. I would never recommend any company  other than TCI in the future to any friend that I know building a new home or doing any renovation project.

TCI, Inc. is a well-run family business and it shows! My husband and I had been looking for the right builder for years. We never felt comfortable enough to make the leap to build until we met Mike Thompson. As a real estate agent, I am especially knowledgeable about new construction sales. I am taking this opportunity to provide much deserved praise and gratitude to a businessman, contractor, and also a friend:  Mr. Michael Thompson of TCI Builders.  Over the years I have had the occasion to deal with many builders. In a business that is usually perceived with mistrust, once in a while there stands out a person of integrity. My wife and I are not new to the task of building houses or maintain property.  We have been fortunate to find reputable builders.  This is not tirade of scorn of this business; rather it is a testimonial to a standout.

The home Mr. Thompson built for us is well designed with a flow that makes the floor plan sensible and assessable.  The attention to detail is remarkable.  The craftsmanship is stunning.

During construction Mr. Thomson was on site everyday directing his employees and reviewing the progress of the subcontractors.  The areas of concern were addressed immediately.  Even after construction was complete he stepped up to stand behind what he promised to deliver.  There have been issues five years out from our taking possession of the property that Mr. Thompson has helped us to correct—without additional charge.

What impressed my wife and me initially were the standard features that were way beyond what usually is included in new construction.  For instance, the granite package is throughout the house: the bathrooms (6), the kitchen, and the laundry room.  The wood trim is breathtaking.  The wainscoting and the choice of cherry wood in the kitchen and dining room are standard with TCI, but upgrades for builders we’ve dealt with before.  Even the foundation work looked superior to most that we’ve seen in the early stages of construction.  The observations like this could go on and on.

What we have come to most appreciate is the involvement in keeping our home up years after the sale.  It takes just a phone call.  To us this is extraordinary.  That is why we have recommended TCI to friends and we allow potential clients of TCI to tour our house.

I am glad to write this letter on behalf of Mike Thompson and TCI.
